This necklace is one 56 inch strand, and can be worn five separate ways, to include a bracelet.
It can be worn as a long piece, wrapped twice as shown, wrapped twice with one slightly longer loop and one shorter loop, wrapped three times around the neck, and wrapped multiple times as a bracelet.
